Payment Method
We have made the payment process easy and convenient by providing you several different methods to pay for your order:
Payments Online- The most convenient method of payment, we will accept your Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard & American Express payments through our secure payments system. We also accept PayPal payments directly linked from our site at the completion of your order.
Payments Offline- If you would prefer to complete your purchase offline we are more than happy to help you. You will be given an Order ID Number, which you will need to complete your order.
We also ?accept Cheque, Money Order,?and direct deposit is also available. When sending your cheque or money order please quote order ID number to enable us to fulfil your order promptly. Please note that we hold cheques for 3 day clearance before posting your order.
If you prefer to pay by Credit Card Offline we will email you a form, you simply need to print it, complete all the details and post it to us. or you can phone us on 0244237230. Once your payment has been accepted your order will be posted.

At Chique Classique we aim to have your purchases on it's way to you within 48 hours from receipt of full payment. If for any reason there will be a delay in posting your purchases we will notify you immediately.
Delivery Methods & Charges:
These rates are fixed and cover postage charges, packing and insurance when it has been requested.
Australia Post - Regular - $3.50
Australia Post- Registered Post (Insured up to $100) - $5.00 Australia Post- Express Post - $8.00 International Regular Airmail - $8.00
International Insured Airmail - $14.00
We highly recommend insuring your items whilst in transit. Chique Classique cannot be responsible for uninsured items once they are despatched. Items sent via Express Postage within Australia are not and cannot be insured. Our preferred postage method within Australia is Registered and for International is International Insured Airmail.

Return Policy
We understand there's only so much you can learn about a product from looking at it on a computer screen. That's why you can return any purchases within 30 days and get your purchase price back, no questions asked. We only require that the product be returned in full and original condition and packaging. We will also need your receipt. To arrange a return/refund please contact us via the "Contact Us" button.
If your purchase was damaged when you received it, we will send you an undamaged one freight free. You will need to return the damaged product to us so that we can assess it. We will refund all return postage costs to you.
If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact us immediately via the "Contact Us" button. Please note that if your order has been despatched we are unable to recall it, but once you receive it you can return it if you wish.
